Nem az íze miatt használjuk, hanem a tojás egyik kiváltója lehet sütőporral vagy szódabikarbónával keverve.Zitahttp://zizikalandjai.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7979090978404796142.post-52954667337202142802013-02-05T13:15:13.457-08:002013-02-05T13:15:13.457-08:00Miért használsz ecetet a tésztában? Én pl. évekig meglehetősen bizalmatlanul kerülgettem ezt a témát, mert ugye milyen süti az, amiben nincs se vaj, se tojás, se semmi... Aztán ez szép lassan átfordult, hogy csak megkóstolnám egyszer, hogy tudjam, mire gondolok olyan lekicsinylően. És amikor találtam egy szimpatikus receptet, megcsináltam, és jé, finom volt, az egész család nagyon szerette. Azóta direkt keresem a vegán címkével ellátott recepteket, mindig jól jön a változatosság.ÉvaLénahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03803430583171840923noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7979090978404796142.post-21966190518795586382013-01-22T12:17:35.378-08:002013-01-22T12:17:35.378-08:00Vegan Walnut Sandwich Cookies With Dark Chocolate ...Vegan Walnut Sandwich Cookies With Dark Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients (makes about 36 cookies)

For the cookies
- 1 cup whole spelt flour
- 3/4 cup ground walnut
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 vanilla bean, split and seeded
- 1/3 cup cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup almond/rice/oat/soy milk
- 1/3 cup liquid coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional)

For the chocolate fudge
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate (70% cocoa content)
- 2 tablespoons almond/rice/oat/soy milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- pinch of salt

Method

In a bowl add all dry ingredients: whole spelt flour, ground walnut, cinnamon, salt, baking powder.
